“Training is preparing for experience.”  He has taken the training and here you can see him experiencing what he trained for.  A true Idealist with a touch of Realist and one heck of a  firefighter.  Rob has the training of the Fire Service with the experience of the "Real World" all rolled into a passionate person.  With a Fire Chief for a father and a Paramedic/FF for a brother, Rob has the background people read about in books.  Naval service, communications specialist, instructor extraordinaire sum it all up; and a nice guy on top of it all.  He is destined to go somewhere:  Probably in the same footsteps of his father.
